Information you must Know/Have!!!

          If you wish to enroll in a Class D&E class, you must submit a application in person, pay a deposit of $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE, or submit a application online,  you may fax or bring one in.  we accept  paypal and cash app and  venmo. Each student will need to bring your tip card, All applicants must  applying for a Tip card, and bring your Birth certicate,social security card and Louisiana ID card.  You must go to  the Office of Motor Vehicles, to apply for a Tip card,  Parent or guardian must  with you and they must have a Valid  ID or drivers license. Any student under the age of 18 must have an attendance form stating that they are enrolled in school.
